By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing products from StyleQuest, you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

StyleQuest uses a dropshipping fulfillment model for some or all products.

  • Tracking method

  • Shipping route

  • Certain product packaging details

StyleQuest remains your point of contact for your purchase from our store.

The use of third-party suppliers does not remove or reduce any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We may limit quantities or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • A product becomes unavailable

  • A supplier cannot fulfill the product

  • There is an apparent pricing or listing error

  • We suspect fraud or unauthorized activity

  • Shipping to the requested destination is unavailable

An order confirmation acknowledges that your order has been received. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted for fulfillment if there is a material issue such as product unavailability, pricing error, payment problem, or other legitimate reason.

Where we cannot fulfill an accepted order, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided when placing an order is accurate, including:

StyleQuest is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, subject to applicable law.

By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction.

StyleQuest does not intentionally store complete payment-card information on its own systems unless legally permitted and reasonably necessary.

Orders may be subject to payment verification and fraud-prevention checks.

12. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Estimated delivery dates and shipping information will be provided as applicable before purchase.

Because StyleQuest uses third-party suppliers and shipping providers, delivery times may vary.

We do not guarantee a particular delivery date unless expressly stated.

Nothing in these Terms removes any cancellation or refund rights available under applicable consumer protection law.

13. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Please review that policy before purchasing.

Nothing in our Return & Refund Policy or these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict mandatory consumer rights.

14. Consumer Protection Rights

StyleQuest is committed to complying with applicable consumer protection laws.

For online purchases made in British Columbia, distance-sales rules apply and require businesses to provide certain information before a consumer completes a purchase. Consumers may also have cancellation rights in certain circumstances.

For contracts entered into on or after August 1, 2026, BC rules require applicable online sellers to provide consumers with specified information, an opportunity to review and correct errors, and an opportunity to accept or decline the purchase.

These Terms are intended to operate consistently with those requirements.

If any provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory consumer protection law, the mandatory law will prevail.

15. Contract and Order Confirmation

Where required by applicable law, StyleQuest will provide a copy of the purchase contract or required order documentation electronically or through another permitted method.

For BC distance sales, businesses are generally required to provide the consumer with a copy of the contract within the applicable statutory timeframe.

Your order confirmation, receipt, and applicable policies may together contain the terms governing your purchase.

16. Cancellations

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible through our standard process.

However, this does not limit any statutory cancellation rights you may have under applicable law.

Where applicable BC distance-sales law gives you a right to cancel, we will honour that right and provide the legally required refund.

17. Promotional Offers and Discounts

StyleQuest may offer discounts, promotional codes, sales, bundles, free-shipping offers, or other promotions.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from relying on mandatory consumer protection legislation that applies to them.
